iVMS® ASM is IneoQuest's video management system that provides the industry's first real-time look into the health of Multiscreen and Over-The-Top (OTT) video deployments. Designed to provide a real-time, end-to-end monitoring solution, iVMS ASM simplifies the ability to identify and isolate network issues and streamline operations by providing video network intelligence. This reduces the mean time to repair (MTTR) and tracks the performance of the network. By proactively monitoring the network, providers can improve the quality of service (QoS) and the subscriber's quality of experience (QoE) while controlling operational expenses and managing the compliance to business agreements.
iVMS ASM holds the key to efficiently pinpoint and solve issues in your entire ABR delivery network. It is a scalable solution allowing you to customize the system to fit the organization's video service assurance needs for Multiscreen and OTT. iVMS ASM simplifies the complexities of managing video by providing essential video performance metrics, such as VeriStream and Program Availability, on a per video asset basis that is aggregated from hundreds of probes. So, no matter where you're located and what level of detail you require, you can simply log onto iVMS ASM to access the intelligence needed to manage your network.

- Benchmark the CDN and operation team
- Ensure subscribers get the best possible customer experience
Key Features
- End-to-end visibility into the entire multiscreen video delivery network
- Correlation on a per video asset basis from aggregated QoS & QoE data
- Program Availability reporting, the key performance indicator for video*
- Automated alerts and customized alarm management
- Simplified navigation and user-interface
- Automated reporting and scheduling
- Northbound services & emailing
- Centralized probe configuration
iVMS ASM allows a user to manage and track the health of all internet and mobile video across the entire deployment by aggregating and correlating data from advanced probing technologies. This level of visibility provides pro-active management of the quality of video services from its source to the customer's screen by the automation of detecting video impacting events, rapidly isolating faults, and sending alerts.
Pre- and Post- Encoder Monitoring
By monitoring the network with multiple Expedus DVA IP systems, iVMS ASM gives providers a comprehensive real-time view into the quality of live video assets as they are encoded. By monitoring QoS and QoE before and after transcoding, iVMS ASM assures the quality of the content going into the network.
Publishing Monitoring
iVMS ASM monitors the publishing of live content to the origin server. By providing a real-time view into publishing across multiple encoders and origin servers with IQDialogue ASM, iVMS ASM allows both service and content providers to assure the quality of the video before it is transferred to their CDN or a third party CDN. In addition, iVMS ASM tracks a number of other quality impairment events, such as 4xx and 5xx HTTP errors, TCP statistics, and encryption validation.
Live Session Monitoring
Delivering video through a CDN is a challenge. By aggregating and correlating QoS metrics and performance statistics from IQDialogue ASM, iVMS ASM gives providers a real-time view into the health of the CDN. Providers gain the ability to see per user-session metrics and diagnostics, and many other parameters, allowing for quick and accurate performance review and fault identification.
Content Availability
With Expedus ASM, providers can assure content availability by requesting video assets from a specific geographic location. By correlating data from multiple Expedus ASM probes, iVMS ASM assures content availability over any geographic location, helping to ensure that customers can access high quality video content anywhere they want.
