IQDialogue™ Mediaroom Installer Manager – MIM is an operations record management tool that integrates, stores and analyzes the installation & troubleshooting activities performed by each IQDialogue IPTV Mediaroom Installer systems in the field. Operations are organized by installer ID, subscriber, and work order number to facilitate analysis. The system also archives video captures of field processes enabling advanced analysis of performance issues.

Additionally, IQDialogue MIM features automated software versioning management and upgrade services for IQDialogue IPTV Mediaroom Installer nodes, facilitating the version upgrade of remote probes.

The operations records stored in IQDIalogue MIM provide paperless tracking of the field tasks and enable fast and efficient access to this historical data.

During installation of new Mediaroom devices, IQDialogue Installer helps technicians to complete tasks accurately. At the end of the process, all work order information is stored by Customer, Installer, Data, Work order and more.

The system collects and administrates installation process steps and video captures that can be used by IQDialogue Advanced for protocol analysis even after the technician leaves the subscriber’s home.

User Friendly Interface

Powerful query and report generation capabilities summarize collected data to address diverse information needs from customer claim response, to technician labor hours tracking, to deep technical analysis of Mediaroom protocol behavior in different segments of the network.

Interface to IQDialogue Mediaroom Suite of Products

Whenever new set top boxes are installed in the field, IQDialogue MIM provides information to IQDialogue MPM to maintain an updated inventory of subscribers on the monitoring schedule.

When fault trends are detected in the field, IQDIalogue MIM provides valuable historical captures that enable performance diagnosis using IQDialogue Mediaroom Advanced.
