Field Sales Engineers
We frequently have positions available in various parts of the US for Field Sales Engineers supporting the Sales team. To be successful the FSE will need a strong background in video, networking, IPTV and strong sales/customer service experience and the ability to travel 80% of the time.
As a member of the account team the FSE will:
- Develop and present technical information to customers, including senior management and members of technical staff.
- Manage the evaluation of IneoQuest products and solutions at customer locations.
- Respond to common inquiries from customers.
- Responsible for managing installation of IneoQuest products at customer sites, initial training and initial customer support.
- Provide feedback to management and other members of the account team regarding account status, product issues, and possible improvements
- Provide back-up technical support to customers, as needed and requested by Professional Services or other Sales personnel.
- 5 + years experience in the Telecom and digital cable market
- Must be an aggressive self-starter
- Extensive knowledge of MPEG, ASI, Ethernet, TCP/IP, IP Routing, VOD Servers, multicast, unicast, QoS, RF, QAM.
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret engineering documents, and technical journals
- Solution based selling is required.
