Calvin Harrison

Chief Operating Officer

Bio

As IneoQuest’s Chief Operating Officer since 2010, Calvin is responsible for leading IneoQuest’s daily operations, as well as overseeing the strategic development and execution of the company’s corporate and product initiatives. Calvin previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development from 2008 to 2010, where he oversaw the strategic positioning of IneoQuest and its growth into the global leader in Video Service Assurance solutions. Calvin brings over 22 years of experience in the technology industry and a wealth of leadership and business expertise to the IneoQuest management team.

Calvin’s professional experience prior to IneoQuest ranges from the negotiation of mergers and acquisitions to advanced Research & Development engineering at companies such as Motorola, Freescale Semiconductor, Surgient, and Zilog Semiconductor. This experience includes closing multi-million dollar OEM and strategic partnership agreements, international business development and management, product marketing, program management, professional services, and holder of four design patents.

Calvin holds a Bachelor’ degree in Electrical Engineering (cum laude) and Master of Business Administration (magna cum laude) from the University of Texas at Austin.

Steve Sanford

Chief Financial Officer

Bio

Steve joined IneoQuest in 2007 as CFO. In this position he manages the financial strategy and operations of the company. Steve is committed to streamlining company operations, maintaining a high level of integrity, and sustaining IneoQuest’s impressive growth rates. He has extensive experience in leading innovative companies to strong growth trajectories while expanding overall industry leadership.

Steve has more than 30 years of experience in financial management including over 10 years in the position of CFO. Steve began his career at the Shipley Company Inc., where he held several key positions in financial management. He later joined the Arthur Bank & Company, Inc., as its CFO and Vice President of Operations. Most recently, Steve served as CFO, Treasurer, and Vice President of Administration at Keurig, where he helped lead the company from start up to the leading brand in the fast growing single-cup coffee market.

Steve received his BS from Providence College and his MBA from Suffolk University. He is active in the Providence College Alumni Association and is a member of the Board of Trustees Audit Committee and President’s Circle. In addition, he is presently the Board Chairperson of the Kennedy Donovan Center, a non-profit agency that provides various services for developmentally disabled individuals and their families. Steve and his family reside in Hopkinton, MA.

Rick Ford

Senior VP of Worldwide Sales

Bio

Rick Ford, based in Boston, Massachusetts is responsible for leading IneoQuest’s global sales field organization, executing cohesive geographical and market focused sales strategies, while growing the company’s global customer base and strategic partnerships with the world’s premier tier one and two carriers.

Rick is a highly accomplished global telecommunications business leader who is results driven and has a demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue and strategic objectives. Before joining IneoQuest, Rick spent six years at BigBand Networks/Arris as Vice President, International Sales and Global Strategic Alliances where he and his teams succeeded in securing key customer wins across Europe, Latin America and the Asia Pacific theaters in the tier one and two global Telco and Cable markets while increasing the non-North American revenue contribution.

Prior to BigBand, Rick was Vice President, International Sales and Global Channels for Avici Systems where he significantly increased the international indirect/channel sales of the Company’s revenue within three years. Rick has also held other senior sales management positions including VP, Worldwide Sales and Field Operations at Ericsson’s Data Backbone and Optical business unit and has Senior Director / Director of Sales positions at 3Com and Motorola, where he consistently succeeded in increasing annual revenue growth across geographically dispersed markets via a combination of direct and indirect go to market business structure.

JD Doyle

Vice President of Engineering

Bio

As IneoQuest's Vice President of Engineering, JD oversees and manages the entire engineering organization as well as Quality Assurance. In this capacity he leads and utilizes IneoQuest's distributed engineering resources to deliver world class products.

JD has experience leading large engineering organizations and delivering innovative products for the service provider and enterprise markets. JD was Vice President of Engineering at Empirix for over 10 years, where he lead the development of a number of market leading Service Assurance product lines for Cable, Telco, Mobile and Unified Communications. At Empirix, JD implemented Agile Development methodologies, open source adoption and successful offshore development program. Prior to Empirix JD lead engineering at Hammer Technologies, a pioneer in VOIP testing and monitoring. Early in his career JD had a number of engineering roles in Teradyne and Digital Equipment Corp.

In addition, JD has co-authored 5 patents in protocol analysis and media streaming.

Gino Dion

Vice-President/General Manager of Control Plane DPI

Bio

Gino has pioneered the development of IneoQuest’s control plane QoS solutions, which monitor the communications between video delivery network equipment to ensure the proper functioning of services and technologies such as Microsoft Mediaroom, Video on Demand (VOD) and Switched Digital Video. Under Gino’s guidance, IneoQuest has developed the industry’s only control plane monitoring solution, enabling and empowering service providers globally.

Gino has over a decade of in-depth expertise in the video, Cable, IPTV, broadband networking and security fields. He has participated in, designed, and successfully implemented major network and video projects for service providers worldwide. His knowledge and experience has been proudly displayed in numerous conferences and industry demonstrations around the world. Gino also holds over a dozen patents in the IP video space, including technology such as fast channel-changes, ad-insertion, and secure multicast.

Prior to IneoQuest, Gino was a Principal Engineer in the CTO office and Strategic Solutions for Alcatel-Lucent where he was a Distinguished Member of the Alcatel Technical Academy (ALTA). He also held the position of National Product Manager for C1 Communications.

Gino attended the Université de Moncton where he studied towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Sunil Kotagiri

Vice President for Enterprise Software

Bio

As Vice President for Enterprise Software, Sunil is responsible for the development and management of IneoQuest’s enterprise software portfolio. IneoQuest’s enterprise software is the industry’s only technology that can correlate hundreds of probes across many networks into one user interface. Sunil leads the development of IneoQuest enterprise software with the goal of providing products that are both insightful and intuitive. Prior to taking on this role, Sunil was Senior Director of Product Development at IneoQuest.

Before joining IneoQuest, Sunil was a Senior Manager at Ciena and Director of Software Engineering at PhyFlex Networks Inc. In addition, Sunil held lead software engineering positions at Cascade Communications, Ascend Communications, Lucent Technologies, and Hewlett Packard.

Sunil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Andhra University and a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras.

Ed Santana

Vice President of Manufacturing

Bio

Ed is responsible for managing IneoQuest’s global manufacturing operations. He has extensive experience in manufacturing and manufacturing engineering as well as supply chain management. He enables IneoQuest to quickly and effectively bring its high tech products to customers and markets across the world with high quality and reliability.

His experience covers various industries, ranging from Military, to Semiconductor Manufacturing, Fiber Optics, and Contract Electronics Manufacturing. He has also managed operations in various countries, including the United States, China, the Philippines, Malaysia, Mexico and Ireland.

Before joining IneoQuest, Ed was Vice President of Operations for FONS Corporation, Director of Operations for Sunburst EMS, and Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Analog Devices, Manager of Advance Manufacturing at Sippican Ocean Systems and, prior to that, Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Jabil Circuits, Inc.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico.

Stuart Newton

Vice President of Corporate Strategy

Bio

Stuart is IneoQuest’s Vice President of Corporate Strategy. In this position, he is responsible for analyzing, creating, recommending, and executing strategic and operational initiatives to maximize IneoQuest’s global performance across the markets we serve.

Stuart is recognized as a thought leader in the video quality and assurance industry, regularly contributing papers and delivering keynote presentations internationally. Stuart is an evangelist for a number of industry initiatives, such as “Program Availability,” to enable more efficient tracking of operational expenditure using end-to-end video analytics. He has represented IneoQuest in industry bodies such as the Telemanagement Forum, and leads several global market and business development initiatives to track industry “shifts” for high technology solution providers, with a specific focus on the video and communications markets.

Most recently, Stuart is spearheading IneoQuest’s latest technological developments by applying his expert knowledge to the end-to-end multiscreen video analytics for over-the-top (OTT) and TV Everywhere video streaming across CDN architectures. To this end, Stuart regularly contributes articles and leads speaking sessions and webinars focusing on the opportunities and challenges of these new video architectures and how IneoQuest’s solutions can help providers.

Stuart has spent the last 15 years working for high-tech US companies based on the East and West coasts and has contributed to several patents. Prior to joining IneoQuest, Stuart spent 10 years in various roles at Wind River Systems.

Eric Norton

Vice President of Marketing and Product Management

Bio

As Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for IneoQuest, Eric is responsible for overseeing and leading the Marketing and Product Management teams. He has over 25 years of experience with high technology marketing.

Prior to joining IneoQuest, Eric was the Vice President of Marketing for the Communications Test Division of JDS Uniphase, an S&P 500 company. In this position he was responsible for all global marketing and focused on maximizing the effectiveness of GoTo Market planning and execution. Prior to that he was Vice President of Marketing Operations at BigBand Networks where he helped drive them through IPO, and he has also held Vice President of Marketing positions at Legend Silicon and FVC.

Eric has been involved with product marketing and management of digital video since 1995, working with industry pioneers such as Compression Labs and Divicom/Harmonic.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Tufts University.
