Cricket^® IP Plus is a powerful, cost-effective 10/100 Mb Ethernet Video quality and service assurance monitoring and troubleshooting probe for operators that need to monitor, analyze and debug at the video edge or customer premise for IP and MPEG transport quality. Cricket IP Plus is perfect for monitoring at the network edge by providing continuous monitoring of up to 20 Unicast or Multicast flows with deep MPEG packet inspection.

Integrating iVMS^® correlates information from all IneoQuest probes in the network with all real-time measurements that Cricket IP Plus is logging, and notifies the network operations center (NOC) of any problems. Cricket IP Plus can also be integrated with IneoQuest's IQRTview software application. Alerted to a specific video edge and customer premise fault, the service provider can be proactive in correcting the situation, potentially leading to reduced call center traffic volume.

Cricket IP Plus is ideal for debug and analysis of Unicast and Multicast IP flows and is able to issue Multicast joins and measure IGMP performance in real-time. The 10/100/1000Mb Fast Ethernet management connection allows an IP communication path to IneoQuest's iVMS intelligent video management system, IQRTview, IQMediaAnalyzer Pro^®, or the web configuration interface for seamless monitoring from the headend to home. Combined with the iVMS, Cricket IP Plus, in addition to the rest of the IneoQuest portfolio, provides the most advanced IPTV Quality and Service Assurance solution available.
