Converged Network Analysis System
IQMediaAnalyzer™ Software Application is used to analyze converged IP networks. This Software based application can be used by either the Singulus G1-T or IQMediaMonitor Hardware to monitor and analyze the converged network in real-time. IQMediaAnalyzer identifies Voice and Video streams in a comprehensive tabular format which in turn provides information of the transport quality of the Voice or Video Stream.
IQMediaAnalyzer allows users to measure MDI-DF Jitter, MDI-Loss, PRC Bitrate, MDI for VoIP and many other parameters of all transport streams simultaneously allowing for quick and easy fault identification. Once a stream is identified as suspect, it allows the user to complete and in-depth analysis of a specific flow.
IQtv with SmartVIEW™
IQMediaAnalyzer also features IQtv, a remote video stream viewer for the Singulus G1-T and IQMediamonitor. With IQtv a user can, through remote access, watch the actual video content on a PC from any TCP/IP enabled location, anywhere in the world. IQtv supports surfing both signal and multi-program transport streams.

IQtv with SmartVIEW
Watching streaming video flows over a TCP/IP management network can be problematic due to video bandwidth requirements and TCP/IP network limitations. This is especially true when considering multi-program transport streams. However, SmartVIEW technology solves these issues by automatically adjusting the streaming delivery mode to compensate for TCP/IP network limitations. When fast links are detected SmartVIEW streams video to a remote PC in real-time. However, if SmartVIEW determines that network bandwidth is limited, video snapshots will be sent and refreshed at the maximum rate supported by the link. SmartVIEW ensures optimal program viewing under any bandwidth condition.
IQtv Interface with SmartVIEW

Network & Media Overview
IQMediaAnalyzer provides visual representation of the network overview for type and class of services available on the Ethernet interface. A pie-chart provides a visual breakdown of Voice, Video and data types in addition to providing a packet size distribution graph.
RMON Stats provide Network Utilization, Packet/Sec, bit/sec in addition to Rx/Tx frame types (Unicast, Broadcast, Multicast, Tagged, Pause and Error types such as FCS, Data errors, Align, Jabber, Oversized, Fragmented, Undersized, Carrier Extend, Sequence, Symbol)
Census and Transport Stream Viewer
IQMediaAnalyzer Application can identify all video and Voice stream and provides a tabular list of all stream occurrences. Stream information can be exported in either Text or HTML format. Remote Video Link (RVL) enables Transport Stream viewing. TSReader has been
incorporated into IQMediaAnalyzer to provide visibility to transport streams. TSReader is a software decoder, recorder and stream manipulator for MPEG-2 systems. It supports DVB, ATSC and Digicipher® II extensions to the base MPEG-2 specification. TSReader decodes unscrambled MPEG-2 video in thumbnail format, Parses MPEG, A/52 (AC3) and DTS audio streams, PID usage graph with percentage displays for each PID.
Recording and Logging Events
In addition to identifying suspect Voice and Video streams, IQMediaAnalyzer allows for the recording of the encapsulated and non-encapsulated streams. Once recorded, it is possible to view and save these files. Recording and saving encapsulated files has the side benefit of using “Replay .Libpcap” in IQMediaStim generation application. Replay, allows one to playback recorded events with impairments.
In addition, information such as port statistics and MDI events can be stored for archiving purposes.
IQMediaAnalyzer provides a complete view of all data on the Converged Ethernet pipe. IQMediaAnalyzer provides a simple and efficient way to identify and isolate problematic flows and configurations.
