Video Subscriber Experience Monitor and Analysis Tool
The Singulus Lite “Cricket” Series extends video quality management to the last mile for many different video transport technologies. The “Cricket” empowers service providers to ensure a high quality subscriber experience while reducing network operating costs.
Because the "Cricket" is small and easy to deploy, it can be mailed overnight to the customer premise to automatically begin measuring and logging live video statistics that are sent back to the service provider. In many cases, service providers can start measuring issues faster than it takes to issue a work order and "roll a truck."
Not only is the "Cricket" useful for last mile video quality management, the Cricket can also be used to troubleshoot pre-encoder video for issues.
